Abby Mohnen, LPC-IT

Reaching out and seeking help can be daunting, terrifying, challenging, and at the same incredibly empowering. My goal is to be genuine, caring, nonjudgemental, and accepting of each unique individual and the story of their life. I am a believer that every person has the capability and capacity to grow, heal, survive, and conquer their own versions of life. I am hopeful and thankful to be a small piece of someone’s story, traveling alongside them, welcoming whatever journey they may be on and the destiny they may wish to reach.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and a Master of Science and Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. I am a Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Training with a passion in the realm of eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, self-confidence, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and understanding and navigating personal empowerment and growth. Beyond this, I am a lover of dogs, rainy weather, plants, art, and crafts.
